The API is aware that last Friday, 8 March 2019, that CoreLogic issued a Communication and DocuSign letter/agreement relating to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effective in the European Economic Area (EEA) plus Switzerland on 25 May 2018.

Executive Forum: Just Terms - Underlying Zoning Issues (N180828)

Where land is zoned or reserved for a public purpose such as open space or public infrastructure, and is subsequently acquired for a public purpose, the compensation assessment must resolve the vexed issue of the “underlying zoning”. To determine market value under the Just Terms Compensation Act the Court must disregard the public purpose of the acquisition, which also means disregarding the effect on value of the zoning or reservation existing at the time of acquisition.
